_{So this is for my frustration today at all of our neighbors. Between the yowling/barking/whining dog for hours on end and the loud beating music you could hear over our tv we had turned way up and usually the everyday screaming children and drunk belligerent adults... I just wkughjaetihjaeth! GAH! STOP THE NOISE! I'm so glad we're out of town right now.

Anyway, that is why this little emote is covering it's ears. It just can't take it anymore. Lol! And neither can I.}
